These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Medula, provided by Medula Labs (“Medula,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Medula. You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it or interfere with its operation.
Connected accounts and agent actions
Medula acts on your instructions across the tools you connect. You authorize Medula to perform the tasks you request, subject to the approval steps presented in the product. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing actions that require your approval. You can revoke a connection at any time.
Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and include a monthly allotment of task credits. Credits are consumed as the agent performs work. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use Medula to violate any law, infringe others' rights, send spam, access accounts you are not authorized to use, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Medula service and software. You retain ownership of the content and data in your connected tools and the outputs created for you, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Medula automates work across third-party tools and may occasionally produce errors; you are responsible for reviewing consequential actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medula Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you where appropriate. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.
